wow, when was the last time I updated this? this year's going to be different, I swear.
This was yet another pleasant find at Princess Auto this evening. This "deep frying" thermometer is going to be mounted in my hot-air popcorn popper so I can monitor roasting temperature, and hopefully get some more consistent roasts. Thinking about doing some more mods to my roaster this weekend as well, stay tuned.
